It tastes good, by the way! 10% of the pineapples are treated to a lovely sugar coat before being caramelised under the grill. This sauce goes well with cheddars and blue cheeses, and also feels at home on most kinds of pork'n'ham. Scrape a thin layer across your bread when making a sandwich, to make your lunchtimes in the staff kitchenette slightly less tragic.
