RETURNS POLICY

  • Requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item.

  • Returns and refunds will only be considered for item which arrive in a damaged condition or have spoiled before being opened.

  • Items must be consumed within the expiry date or within 6 months of the bottling date, as per the label. Once items have been opened they should be kept in a refrigerator.

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Upon receipt of your order, if you are unsatisfied, please contact customer services on tom@nashsauces.com for a refund or replacement.

  • When processing a refund, the original card will be credited once the return has been processed. Refunds will cover the cost of the refunded item, not any shipping or other charges.

  • To return an item damaged in transit, please contact  tom@nashsauces.com. You may be requested to give a reason for the request, and supporting photographs if necessary.
