RETURNS POLICY

Requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Returns and refunds will only be considered for item which arrive in a damaged condition or have spoiled before being opened.

Items must be consumed within the expiry date or within 6 months of the bottling date, as per the label. Once items have been opened they should be kept in a refrigerator.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of your order, if you are unsatisfied, please contact customer services on tom@nashsauces.com for a refund or replacement.

When processing a refund, the original card will be credited once the return has been processed. Refunds will cover the cost of the refunded item, not any shipping or other charges.

To return an item damaged in transit, please contact tom@nashsauces.com. You may be requested to give a reason for the request, and supporting photographs if necessary.
